"Who am I" was first heard on December 3, 2021 during the official trailer for F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers.[3]GMMTV revealed the title for the song on December 16, before releasing the music video later the same day.[1] "Who am I" was released on other platforms, such as Spotify and iTunes on December 28.[2] On January 1, 2022, T-Pop Stage named the song "OST of the Week."[4] The music video reached one million views on YouTube by December 21[5] and twenty million views by October 10.[6]
