Tuscany is a region in central Italy. It is the country's second most popular region for travelers, particularly the cities of Florence, Pisa, and Castiglione della Pescaia. The Hanazawa family owns a villa and vineyards somewhere in Tuscany.

Hanazawa villa

• Hanazawa villa — one of the Hanazawa family's vacation homes. The F4 visited it often as children. It situated near vineyards also owned by the Hanazawas. Going against advice, Rui Hanazawa decided to keep the vineyards.
• Leaning Tower of Pisa — a well known landmark in Pisa. Rui arranged for Tsukasa Domyoji and Tsukushi Makino to meet in the tower, where he also placed a ring. Tsukasa then proposed to Tsukushi.

• Tuscany appears in the two-part special chapter, "Shall I Talk About Myself?."
• It is never stated exactly where the Hanazawas' villa is located in Tuscany. This points to the possibility of it being in a rural village, instead of a major city.
• Yoko Kamio went on a scouting trip to Tuscany for the story and also went on a tour of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. In Tuscany, she saw a hill which she thought was "perfect for Rui."
