Time Slip! Toei Animation 80s-90s Girls[3] (タイムスリップ! 東映アニメーション 80s~90s GIRLS) is a book published by Media Pal on March 19, 2016.[1][2] The book focuses on Toei Animation's female-centric productions during the 1980s and 1990s, celebrating its sixtieth anniversary.[4] An equivalent book for shonen series, titled History Toei Animation 80s-90s Boys,[5] was published the same day.[6]

The book features a section on the Boys Over Flowers anime, including an interview of creator Yoko Kamio, producer Hiromi Seki, and art director Yuki Yukie. Marmalade Boy, Gokinjo Monogatari, and other popular shojo anime were also featured in the book.[6][7]
