"The Scripted Relationship" is the twelfth installment of the drama, F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers. The episode aired on March 12, 2022 on GMM 25. It was followed by episode thirteen, "The Rooftop of Tomorrow," on March 19.
Thyme sets out to settle things with Lita, but it turns out to be more complicated than he anticipated. After breaking a vase, Gorya begins working as a maid by Yupin's suggestion. Kavin, meanwhile, helps out Kaning.
Plot[]
Gorya pushes Thyme away, explaining that he is still technically dating Lita. He promises to talk to her. Gorya decides to leave, but Thyme insists on her staying over. She thinks he wants to "take advantage of [her]." In the ensuing scuffle, Gorya knocks over a vase and Lita discovers them together. Yupin covers for the pair by claiming Gorya is now Thyme's personal maid. Downstairs, Auntie Yu informs Gorya about the cost of the vase she broke. She agrees to work there and quickly settles into her new job. Ren and MJ later visit to tell her not to stress. MJ also informs her that he has sent Kavin to work at the flower shop. Once Gorya leaves, Ren and MJ tell Thyme to focus on Gorya while they handle Lita.
Thyme watches over Gorya while she works in the garden. He only distracts her, causing her to cut her finger. Thyme gets closer, but Gorya pushes him away again. She rushes to the kitchen, where she receives help and advice from Auntie Yu. Meanwhile at the flower shop, Kavin manages to boost sales by offering free kisses to every customer. Once the shop is closed, Kavin stops Kaning from leaving. While making garlands together, Kavin teases her for being distracted. She confesses that she is worried about Gorya's current situation with Lita. Kavin begins talking about how complicated love triangles are. Kaning is about to ask a personal question, but stops when she pricks her finger.
Gorya sets the dining table, while Thyme reveals that Lita has been avoiding him. He will have to go see his mother to call off the engagement, but Gorya insists that he still has to talk to Lita. Suddenly, Lita arrives and informs Thyme that she has contacted his mother, asking for permission to live with him. Though Thyme is upset, Lita insists she is just "playing the game" like Gorya becoming a maid there. She then has Gorya take her luggage upstairs. Later in his room, Thyme manages to stay calm. When Lita walks in, he tells her "I can see this is not you." She insists "Every girl is willing to do anything for someone for loves." Lita gradually becomes more emotional as she confesses how much she loves Thyme.
At the grocery store, Gorya meets Ren. They talk about Lita, whom Gorya holds no hard feelings towards. She tells him that she trusts Thyme. Meanwhile, Lita takes off her to but Thyme only covers her with a blanket. He apologizes for everything. Lita, however, does not believe he can stop the engagement and plans to fix a meeting with her parents to discuss their wedding. The next day, Thyme meets Lita and her parents. He interrupts to say something, but Lita says it first. She asks for the engagement to be called off, telling her parents that Thyme is not right for her. Lita then lists the traits her partner should have, imagining Thyme all the while. Her father embraces her and promises to do what she wants.
When Kavin announces the engagement is off, Gawao over video chat tells Kaning to close the shop early. A customer comes in and chats with Kaning. Upon seeing Kavin, she quickly excuses herself. Meanwhile, Gorya receives a goodbye video from Lita. She rushes to the airport, where she finds Lita with the F3. The two girls hug and apologize to one another, before Lita leaves for a fresh start in America. Afterwards, the F3 drag Gorya to a parked car. Inside is Thyme tied up. After his bonds are undone, Thyme asks for an answer regarding them dating. Gorya turns around and has him put the necklace on her. He does not understand until she explains that this means yes. Once she gets out of the car, Thyme shouts "I did it!"

- Chapters one hundred and eleven and one hundred and eighteen are covered in the episode, wrapping up the "Fiancée Arc" and starting the "Maid Arc." A scene is also taken from chapter seventy-six.
- Lita's departure seems to be in part inspired by episode eight of Hana Yori Dango Returns.
- Thyme's cat, Dango, is played by Dominik. His trainer remarked that Chivaaree, a known cat lover, could not stop holding Dominik prior to their scenes together.[3]
