Shueisha Girls Remix (集英社ガールズリミックス,Shueisha Girls Remix) is a division of Shueisha's convenience-store exclusive line Shueisha Remix. Unlike a regular tankobon, Remix volumes are "larger, economical omnibuses" that usually "includes special features such as original artwork and exclusive information." Shueisha has republished Boys Over Flowers a few times in this format.
Shueisha first issued a Girls Remix edition of Boys Over Flowers in 2001 with the release of volume thirty. Eleven volumes in total were released from November 2001 to June 2003. In 2005, two books were reprinted in the Remix format with an additional Special Wide (スペシャルワイド,Special Wide) label. These two books also promoted the release of the kanzenban edition of Boys Over Flowers.
Two years later, the first two Special Wide volumes were reprinted and five more were released to promote Hana Yori Dango Returns (2007). These seven volumes were republished again for the release of Hana Yori Dango Final in 2008.
