"Pardon me, but... Are you here alone, Mr. Tsukasa? The window behind you is open. Did someone escape through there?"
—Saito before Tsukasa headbutts him[src]

Saito (斉藤 (さいとう) Saitō) was an employee of the Domyoji Secret Police. Due to his young age, he was likely a new recruit to the agency. Saito was assigned with keeping an eye on Tsukasa Domyoji as well as Tsukushi Makino. He in particular took his assignment very seriously.

Biography[]

Adult life[]

As a member of the Domyoji Secret Police, Saito and his colleagues were tasked with keeping surveillance on Tsukasa Domyoji and Tsukushi Makino.[1] One night, Saito, Misawa, and another employee went to Akira Mimasaka's house to look for Tsukasa. A maid informed them that he was out back. They looked through the windows of the summer house, but it appeared vacant. However, as they were leaving, Saito heard a noise.[2] Saito and the others broke down the door and began searching. They heard the shower and went to the bathroom, where they found Tsukasa showering with his clothes on. Saito asked Tsukasa if he was alone, insinuating that someone snuck out the window. Tsukasa asked Saito to come closer and then headbutted him. Misawa caught him as he fell back.[3]

Physical appearance[]

Saito was a young man likely in his mid to late twenties. He had black hair that was longer and spiky on the top and shorter on the sides. For his job, Saito had to wear a presentable suit.
