Ryoka Minamide

Ryoka Minamide (南出凌嘉 (みなみでりょうか) Minamide Ryōka, born August 10, 2005 in Osaka, Japan) is a child actor. He is best known for his main role in the third film of the Yo-kai Watch franchise. Minamide portrayed a younger version of Kaito Taira in Hana Nochi Hare.

Early life[]

Minamide was born on August 10, 2005 in the Osaka Prefecture of Japan.^[1]

Career[]

In 2012, he appeared in the asadora drama, Jun to Ai. Minamide had a small role as the younger version of Toma Ikuta's in the 2015 drama, Ouroboros.^[2] The same year, he portrayed the child version of Jinta Yadomi in Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day.^[3] Minamide played the lead character in the third film of the Yo-kai Watch franchise in 2016.^[4] In 2018, he portrayed younger versions of Tatsuomi Hamada's characters in Mob Psycho 100 and Hana Nochi Hare: Hanadan Next Season.^[5] He appeared in an episode of Scandal Senmon Bengoshi Queen in 2019.^[6] Minamide is currently set to appear in the tokusatsu series Secret × Warrior Phantomirage!.^[7]
