Plot[]
Shigeru Okawahara reveals to Tsukushi Makino that she has transferred to Eitoku Academy, claiming "I just never wanted to be separated from Tsukasa." Tsukushi sighs, apparently exhausted. Later, Shigeru finds Tsukasa Domyoji talking to Sojiro Nishikado and Akira Mimasaka in the cafeteria. She clings to his neck from behind and bites his ear, causing him to realize who she is. He then notices her new uniform and looks put-out when she informs him about her transferring there. He becomes annoyed with Sojiro and Akira for teasing him about spending the night with Shigeru. Meanwhile, Tsukushi is watching them from afar. She thinks "Great. Now, every time I go to school, I get to see them acting all lovey-dovey."
Tsukasa tells Shigeru to stop "clinging" to him, causing her to look hurt. She asks him "Can't I stay near you?" In response, he questions "Are you crazy?" to which she says "But I still love you." He then looks up and spots Tsukushi, who walks away. In their classroom, Yuriko Asai is talking about Shigeru's arrival with Erika Ayuhara and Minako Yamano. Their conversation soon turns to Tsukushi, leading Yuriko to declare that she has an idea. Unbeknownst to the trio, Kazuya Aoike and Sakurako Sanjo are listening to them. He is happy that Tsukasa is finally giving up on Tsukushi, thinking that this is his chance to show her what a "treasure" he is. He asks Sakurako her opinion, but she is not listening to him.
Yuriko, Erika, and Minako approach Tsukushi and have her follow them to a secluded area. There they each take it in turns to insult her. Tsukushi runs at them with her hand in a fist. However, she stops in her tracks when Shigeru vaults a hedge and lands between them. She asks what is going on and calls Tsukushi her "best friend," taking the girls off guard. They pretend to be acting in her benefit. Shigeru repeats their insults back them and threatens to have them expelled if they bully Tsukushi again. After they leave, Shigeru grasps Tsukushi's hand and tells her to come to her if she has more trouble. Tsukushi quickly takes her hands away from her and says a rushed goodbye, before heading back to class.
Upon returning to class, Tsukushi finds a note from Sakurako asking her to meet on the rooftop. She opens the door to find Sakurako and Shigeru with a tense air about them. Sakurako thanks Tsukushi for coming and asks her to watch. She then proceeds confront Shigeru, revealing her love for Tsukasa and feeling that she had lost him to Tsukushi. However, she was okay with it "because it was Makino." Sakurako points at Shigeru, declaring "I cannot let you have Domyoji!" Shigeru only smiles and calls the situation "interesting." She then hugs Sakurako, saying "I love people like you!" Sakurako is too surprised to respond. Later, Tsukushi says to herself "To think she had both Asai and Sakurako at a loss for words."
At the emergency exit, Tsukushi meets Rui Hanazawa who has not yet heard about Shigeru's transfer. He asks "How's Tsukasa taking this?" to which she answers "He's drooling all over her." Rui then questions Tsukushi if she is bothered by it. She insists that she is "completely over him." They are laughing when Shigeru appears. She refers to Rui as "Tsukushi's boyfriend." When she attempts to correct her, Shigeru mentions the night at her villa. She takes Tsukushi's blush as confirmation that something happened. Shigeru then suggests going on another trip, which Rui agrees to as long as there is a hot spring bath. Seconds later, Shizuka Todo walks up and calls Rui's name. She then says "I've come for you."
