He voiced Rui Hanazawa in the otome game, Hana Yori Dango: Koi Seyo Otome!.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Miyano was born on June 8, 1983 in Saitama Prefecture of Japan. He joined the Himawari Theatre Group at a young age.
Career[]
He started his career in 1990 as a voice actor. Miyano gained prominence in 2002 after he voiced Riku in Kingdom Hearts. In 2006, Miyano voiced Light Yagami in the anime adaptation of the manga Death Note. He was nominated for two awards at the first Seiyu Awards for his role as Light Yagami, including "Best Lead Actor Award" and "Best New Actor Award". Miyano went on to provide the voice of Setsuna F Seiei, the main character of Mobile Suit Gundam 00.
He has also voiced Zero Kiryu from the series Vampire Knight and Vampire Knight Guilty, as well as Death The Kid in the anime Soul Eater. He also provided the voice of Tamaki Suoh in the anime version of Ouran High School Host Club, Okabe Rintaro from Steins;Gate, Ling Yao from Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Oda Nobunaga from Nobunaga the Fool, and Rin Matsuoka from Free!.
Miyano began his career as a musician in 2007. He released his debut single, "Kuon" (

Mamoru Miyano married in late 2008. The couple have a son together.[1]
