The following location is primarily featured in: Boys Over Flowers Season 2. However, it may also appear in and/or be mentioned in other Boys Over Flowers media.
Los Angeles, also abbreviated as LA, is the largest city in California. It is the second largest city in the United States after New York City. Los Angeles is well known for its dry summer climate and its influence in the arts, particularly film. Tsubaki Domyoji has lived in the city since marrying her husband.
The Maple Hotel — the Los Angeles branch of the famous hotel chain. Haruto always stays at the Maple when he visits Los Angeles. He once stayed there with Oto and the rest of the Correct 5.[2]
Police station — after being reported as "suspicious," Haruto was taken into police custody. He contacted the Japanese consulate and was released. A police officer then subdued him when he made too much noise, before being allowed to leave.[6]
Rodeo Drive — a street in Beverly Hills which stretches to Los Angeles. Famed for its high-end shops, Airi Maya goes shopping here and buys things from Chanel and Gucci.[7]
Tsubaki's home — technically in Beverly Hills,[8] a large mansion where Tsubaki Domyoji and her husband live.
Los Angeles is mentioned a number of times in Hana Yori Dango (2005). It technically appears in episode six, but the scene was actually filmed in Japan.
