Kay Lertsittichai (Thai: เค เลิศสิทธิชัย, born December 12, 1996 in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand) is an actor and YouTuber from Thailand. He is best known for his YouTube channel, Kayavine, on which he posts vlogs, reviews, and reaction videos. Lertsittichai is also known for his roles in Who Are You and 55:15 Never Too Late.
Lertsittichai had a minor villain role in F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers as Talay.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Lertsittichai was born on December 12, 1996.[1] He was attending Sukhondheerawidh School in Nakhon Pathom, when he decided to apply to become an exchange student. Lertsittichai went on to graduate from Guilford High School in Rockford, Illinois.[2] After graduation, he decided to stay in the United States for college. He chose University of Wisconsin–Whitewater at his host mother's suggestion.[3] In 2019, Lertsittichai graduated with a mathematics degree.[4]
Career[]
During college, Lertsittichai decided to become a YouTuber while searching for ways to make money. His first video, highlighting the differences between Thai and American schools, quickly became popular with his Thai audience. Lertsittichai's channel began gaining a steady stream of subscribers.[3] In 2017, he was invited to Bangkok International Fashion Week.[2] After graduating college, Lertsittichai returned to Thailand where he signed a five year contract with GMMTV.[5] He made his television debut playing a guest role in the 2019 series, Wolf.[6] The following year, Lertsittichai starred in Who Are You with Namtan Tipnaree Weerawatnodom and Krist Perawat Sangpotirat.[7] In 2021, he had a main role in the ensemble drama, 55:15 Never Too Late.[8] Lertsittichai had a minor villain role in F4 Thailand in early 2022.[9]
Lertsittichai starred in the anthology series, Good Old Days[10] and School Tales: The Series, in August 2022.[11] He costarred with Dew Jirawat Sutivanichsak and Nani Hirunkit Changkham in Home School in mid-2023.[12] Lertsittichai will also appear in Wednesday Club.[13]
