"His Body Against Mine" (アイツのぬくもり! (あいつのぬくもり) Aitsu no Nukumori!) is an installment of the anime adaptation of Boys Over Flowers. The episode first aired on March 30, 1997 in Japan. It was followed by the series' thirtieth episode, "Do You Want a Friend?" on April 6.

When Tsukushi Makino gets lost in a blizzard, Tsukasa Domyoji goes out to search for her. He finds Tsukushi and carries her to a cabin. There they spend the night in each other's arms in order to ward off frostbite.

Tsukasa Domyoji runs outside after learning Tsukushi Makino is lost in the blizzard. Rui Hanazawa attempts to stop him, fearing that he will become lost as well. However, Tsukasa swears "I'm going to save her." Tsukushi, meanwhile, is losing feeling in her hands and feet. She slowly passes out as she wonders "Am I going to die?" and thinks of her future dreams. Tsukushi imagines herself graduating from Eitoku Academy and being "free to do whatever [she wants]," such as getting an office job and making friends with her coworkers. All the while, Tsukasa searches for her on a snowmobile. He hits a rock, causing him to fall off. The snowmobile then crashes into a tree. Tsukasa is forced to make his way on foot.

Tsukasa notices a red glow coming from the snow and walks towards it. He finds the toy he gave Tsukushi earlier that day. A short distance away, he locates Tsukushi. Her dream continues with her getting married and sharing a kiss with the "man of [her] dreams." Tsukasa attempts to wake her up and eventually has to resort to mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Back in her dream, Tsukushi opens her eyes and realizes she is kissing Tsukasa. She then wakes up to Tsukasa hovering over her. Tsukushi first asks about Yuki Matsuoka, whom he reports is back at the villa. He then picks her up and looks around their surroundings. She nearly falls asleep in his arms, leading Tsukasa to headbutt her to keep her awake.

Next, Tsukasa carries Tsukushi to a cabin where he proceeds to light a fire. She laments "I owe you again," but Tsukasa says "You don't owe me anything." He then takes off his shirt and orders her to do the same. She tells him "I'm fine." Tsukasa yells "This is no time to be embarrassed," pointing out that her feet are nearly frostbitten. Removing her sweater, Tsukushi tells him "Don't get any ideas, okay?" He grabs her sweater and shouts "Is this really the time for that?!" They then lay down near the fire. Soaking in his warmth, Tsukushi tells him "You're a nice guy, aren't you?" He tells her that he would rather be called a "gentleman." She responds "You're far from a gentlemen, but you're so nice and warm" as she falls asleep.

The following morning, Tsukushi wakes up and nearly falls back asleep until she hears some noises. Two Canadians enter the cabin and stare at her in shock. Tsukasa then wakes up and blushes when he notices Tsukushi's bra. She covers her chest and screams loudly. After getting dressed, Tsukasa carries her from the cabin since her ankle is sprained. She is still upset about her bra being seen. Tsukasa tells her to quit crying, saying "They're just breasts." She tells him "My heart isn't made of steel wool, like yours." He reminds her that he saved her and that she has yet to thank him for yet. She mutters "thanks." Tsukasa stops walking to say "I thought my steel-wool heart would stop," admitting how worried he was for her.

Back at the villa, Tsukushi and Tsukasa are greeted by their friends. Yuriko Asai and her friends nervously say "Welcome back." Tsukasa grabs a flower pot and empties its contents on the girls, telling them to go home. Tsukushi says "It's okay." In the kitchen, Sakurako Sanjo orders the girls to make breakfast for Tsukushi and Tsukasa, which the two eat ravenously. Sojiro Nishikado asks them where they spent the night. Akira Mimasaka jokingly guesses what happened. Later that night, Tsukasa asks Tsukushi to go for a walk. He tells her "Let's settle things." She assumes he is speaking about his loan and promises to pay him back. He then makes two attempts to say "I love you," both of which she does not hear or see.
