Hana Yori Dango Final: Photo Book (花より男子 ファイナル PHOTO BOOK) is a book featuring photos from the film, Hana Yori Dango Final. It was published on June 12, 2008 by Shueisha under their Non-no magazine label.
The book contains stills from the film as well as modeled photos by the main actors, Mao Inoue, Jun Matsumoto, Shun Oguri, Shota Matsuda, and Tsuyoshi Abe.

- "PHOTO STORY": A series of stills from the film presented mostly in chronological order. The section begins with pictures of Mao Inoue, Jun Matsumoto, Shun Oguri, Shota Matsuda, and Tsuyoshi Abe as their characters.
- "Synopsis & Person Correlation Chart": A summary of the twenty episodes of Hana Yori Dango (2005) and Hana Yori Dango Returns (2007). The section also features a character chart with the new characters, Sonny, Kazu Kaburagi, and the mysterious gentleman.
- "PHOTO COLLECTION": More photos, beginning with a focus on the five principal actors with detailed profiles on each. Pages included within the section are an advertisement for the game Hana Yori Dango: Koi Seyo Otome!, lists of Hana Yori Dango trivia, and a look at Tsukushi's wardrobe. Inoue also modelled looks meant to mimic how each F4 member would prefer their girlfriend to dress.
- "Hana Yori Dango Final Secret Episode": Mainly, a short comic contributed by author Yoko Kamio. Also featured are "F4 BOYS' TALK," "Photo Diary," astrology with the F4, and two interviews previously published in Non-no in 2005 and 2007. The final chapter of the Boys Over Flowers manga is also included as a detachable booklet. Additionally, Boys Over Flowers: Jewelry Box, Hana Yori Dango Final novel, Matsuri Special, Cat Street, and the Complete edition of Boys Over Flowers are all advertised in this section.
