Hana Yori Dango Exhibition: Jewelry Box was an exhibit celebrating the thirtieth anniversary of the manga, Boys Over Flowers. A large number of original items were produced to be sold at the gift shop.[1] After the exhibit's final stop, it was announced that some merchandise would be sold online. Merchandise was available on the website, Geeniest Online, from January 11 to March 29, 2024,[2] and on Sun M Color from February 4 to April 30.[3]

Books at the venue
- Every volume of Boys Over Flowers and Boys Over Flowers Season 2 was also for sale at the venue. Each volume cost 484 yen.[9]
- When purchasing a ticket, customers had an add-on option that included exclusive merchandise. It was called a "Jewelry Box" after the exhibit and included a notebook, sticky notes, and stickers.[10]
- Until the Osaka exhibit, customers who presented their tickets at the entrance were given one randomly selected clear card.[11][12]
- At the MG Café in Tokyo, customers who bought an item off the Boys Over Flowers collaboration menu were given a coaster selected at random.[13] Customers at the Sendai and Osaka exhibits also received a coaster with their purchase off their collaboration menus.[14][15]
