Hana Yori Dango: Romantic Story (花より男子 ロマンチックストーリー Hana Yori Dango Romanchikku Sutōrī) is a series of fifteen light novels by Shimako Takeuchi. The series is based on the manga, Boys Over Flowers by Yoko Kamio and includes illustrations by her.[1] Some of the illustrations were included in Kamio's art book in 1995.
The novels were published by Shueisha under their Cobalt-Pinky label from 1994 to 1998. They were all reprinted in 2005 under the Cobalt label to promote the Japanese drama.
