GMMTV (Thai: จีเอ็มเอ็มทีวี), formerly Grammy Television, is a television and film company under the media conglomerate GMM Grammy and The One Enterprise. It also serves as a talent agency, which includes presenters, actors, and musicians. Sataporn Panichraksapong is the managing director of GMMTV.

The company produced the Thai adaptation of Boys Over Flowers.

History with Boys Over Flowers[]

In 2019, GMMTV announced at their "2020 New & Next" conference that they had the license for Boys Over Flowers.[1] GMMTV partnered with Parbdee Taweesuk to produce the series, titled F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers.[2] On December 3, 2020, GMMTV showcased the drama at their The New Decade Begins conference for the press and potential investors.[3] F4 Thailand premiered on December 18, 2021.[4] In November 2022, GMMTV's managing director Tha Sataporn Panichraksapong announced the company's their 51% stake in Parbdee Taweesuk.[5]

Since 2020, GMMTV has partnerships with ABS-CBN (Philippines) and TV Asahi (Japan).[6][7] F4 Thailand was aired on both networks in their respective countries.[8][9]

GMM 25 is a digital terrestrial television channel owned by GMM Grammy, the parent company of GMMTV. The channel primarily airs content aimed at a teenage audience.[10] A majority of GMMTV's series air on GMM 25, including F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers.[11]
