Hana Yori Dango Final: Photo Book (花より男子 ファイナル PHOTO BOOK) is a book featuring photos from the film, Hana Yori Dango Final. It was published on June 12, 2008 by Shueisha under their Non-no magazine label.
The book contains stills from the film as well as modeled photos by the main actors, Mao Inoue, Jun Matsumoto, Shun Oguri, Shota Matsuda, and Tsuyoshi Abe.

- PHOTO STORY: a series of stills from the film presented mostly in chronological order. The section starts with pictures of Mao Inoue, Jun Matsumoto, Shun Oguri, Shota Matsuda, and Tsuyoshi Abe.
- Synopsis & Person Correlation Chart: a summary of the twenty episodes of Hana Yori Dango and Hana Yori Dango Returns. Also featured, a character chart with new additions, Sonny, Kazu Kaburagi, and the mysterious gentleman.
- PHOTO COLLECTION: more photos, focusing on the five principal actors with detailed profiles. Also included are photos of Tsukushi's wardrobe for the film and an advertisement for the game, Hana Yori Dango: Koi Seyo Otome!.
- Hana Yori Dango Final Secret Episode: includes the final chapter of the Boys Over Flowers manga in a detachable booklet. Author Yoko Kamio contributed a short comic. Also featured, "F4 BOYS' TALK", "Photo Diary", astrology with the F4, and two interviews previously published in Non-no in 2005 and 2007. Lastly, Boys Over Flowers: Jewelry Box, Hana Yori Dango Final novel, Matsuri Special, Cat Street, and the "Complete" edition of Boys Over Flowers are all advertised in this section.
