Sasamine was born on March 4, 1978 in Aira, Kagoshima, Japan. She attended elementary, middle, and high school in Aira.
Career[]
She began acting in 1993 with the television drama, Red Labyrinth. Sasamine made her film debut in a small role as Yuki Matsuoka in Hana Yori Dango (1995). In recent years, she has appeared in various variety shows.
Personal life[]
She married fellow actor, Masaki Miura (三浦 誠己,Masaki Miura) in 2012. They also had a son that same year in August.
