F4 Thailand First Premiere was the premiere event of the first episode of F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers. It was held at SF World Cinema in Bangkok, Thailand on December 18, 2021. An interview was conducted with the series' stars and director before the episode began.

On December 6, 2021, GMMTV announced the theater premiere of the first episode of F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers.[1] Social media users were able to apply to attend through various contests held by the event's eleven sponsors.[2] The premiere was preceded by an interview conducted by Leo Saussay. Stars Vachirawit Chivaaree, Tontawan Tantivejakul, Metawin Opas-iamkajorn, Hirunkit Changkham, Jirawat Sutivanichsak, Chanikarn Tangkabodee, and director Patha Thongpan were in attendance.[3] The interview portion was broadcast live on GMMTV's YouTube and Facebook accounts for the general public to view.[4]
