Episode 38 (第三十八集) of the drama, Meteor Garden, aired directly after episode thirty-seven on August 15, 2018 on Hunan Television. It was followed by episode thirty-nine on August 20.

After hearing Xi Men Yan's story, Jiang Xiao You searches for the thing his childhood friend, Xiao Geng, wanted him to see. Meanwhile, Dao Ming Si tells Dong Shan Cai that he wishes to disclose their relationship to his mother.
