Chapter 93 (第93花 () , Chapter 93), previously Episode 93 (93話 () , Episode 93), of Boys Over Flowers Season 2 by Yoko Kamio was released on March 31, 2019. It was published the same day in both Japan and America. The chapter was followed by the ninety-fourth installment on April 14.

Amei Hanawa expresses her feelings to Haruto Kaguragi, which Oto Edogawa overhears. Later, Oto receives a video from Hitoshi Konoe, inviting her to Los Angeles. Haruto, meanwhile, walks Amei home and has a talk with her mother.

Plot

Oto Edogawa walks in on Amei Hanawa hugging Haruto Kaguragi. He asks her to let go, but she refuses. Haruto then apologizes for not realizing her feelings for him. She slowly extricates herself and asks him "Did you forget everything from back then?" Haruto explains how important she was to him during their childhood. He apologizes again, this time about not keeping his promise to her. After calming down, Haruto offers to walk Amei home. She declines and looks over to Oto, only to find her gone.

Haruto drops off Amei at her house. Her mother asks to talk with Haruto, after putting Amei to bed. She apologizes for hiding the emails, saying "I really regret what I did." Amei's mother then asks him to date her daughter, to which he answers "No can do." She says "I don't care if you do it out of pity," which makes Haruto upset. He tells her "That's not fair to Amei." Haruto does assure that the Correct 5 are Amei's friends and will support her during this difficult time. Listening outside the door, Amei cries as Haruto says "She isn't alone anymore."

While walking home, Oto receives a video from Hitoshi Konoe. She is surprised by how "fit and healthy" Konoe looks. He pans the camera to Tenma Hase, who bashfully says a few words to Oto. The video ends with the two asking her to come visit sometime. The next morning, Amei greets the Correct 5 cheerfully. When they ask about her swollen eyes, she describes crying over a movie that turned out happy in the end. Haruto smiles, knowing what she is referring to. Airi Maya asks him about Oto, who is late. She never shows up at school that day.
