Chapter 35 (
Tsukushi Makino is nervous about sharing a room with Tsukasa Domyoji. However, he agrees to sleep on the couch since she has not told him her feelings yet. That night, Tsukushi goes for walk and stumbles upon Rui Hanazawa.
Plot[]
At Tsukasa Domyoji's villa, the group toasts to each other over dinner. Sojiro Nishikado and Akira Mimasaka are both happy about the change of pace. Hiroko and Noriko both compliment the home. The other F4 members then list their family's vacation homes, all of which are in fancy, exotic places. Stars in their eyes, the girls say "You F4 boys are really a class apart, aren't you?" They then ask Tsukushi about her vacation homes. She jokes about her grandma's country house, though the other do not understand.
Tsukushi Makino feels nervous around Tsukasa, knowing that they are sharing a room together. She worries that he may have the wrong idea and then glances at Rui. In the ladies' room, Hiroko and Noriko call Tsukushi "lucky" for catching Tsukasa. They then start discussing birth control and Noriko reveals that she is staying with Rui in his room. Tsukushi feels confused and wonders what happened with him and Shizuka Todo. She eventually decides to head to bed early.
In their room, Tsukasa informs Tsukushi that he will sleep on the sofa. He says "I said I loved you, but you still haven't told me how you feel," which he follows with "Hurry up and decide, will you?" After Tsukasa falls asleep, Tsukushi decides to take a walk on the beach and runs into Rui. He grabs her arm and asks her to hold him for five minutes, saying "I'm fine during the day, but I can't handle the nights." Taken aback at first, Tsukushi then obediently puts her arms around him.
