Chapter 202 (
Tsukasa Domyoji demonstrates his gruff kindness to Tsukushi Makino twice while on the yacht together. He ends up telling her that Rui Hanazawa could make her "happier." Tsukushi yells at him about his promise.
Plot[]
Standing in front of Tsukasa Domyoji, Tsukushi Makino quickly tries to cover her naked body. Tsukasa looks away as he takes off his shirt for her to wear. Now covered she asks "Did you see?," to which he first answers "Of course I didn't see that bony body." Tsukushi starts crying tears of frustration. Tsukasa, however, goes on to answer honestly, saying "It's like putting a big plate of food in front of a starving man." Tsukushi, blushing deeply, starts to feel dizzy due to her proximity to Tsukasa.
In the music room, Tsukasa notices that a quiet Tsukushi appears to be seasick and advises her to "throw up." Tsukushi refuses, feeling it will "be a waste." Tsukasa picks her up and carries her to the restroom. Afterwards, Tsukushi lies on a bed and thanks Tsukasa for helping her feel better. Before leaving the room, he confesses that he was actually happy to see her in New York and that he regretted sending her away. He then mentions Rui Hanazawa, saying "He could probably make you happier than I could."
Tsukasa's words reverberate in Tsukushi's mind, leading her to chase after him though she hesitates for a moment. As the waves splash against the ship, Tsukushi ignores his concern and shouts "Didn't you tell me that you would make me happy?" She asks why he would "leave that up to another guy" and further states "Don't think I'm some girl who needs some man to make her happy!" She reiterates her love for Tsukasa as the waves recede. The pair then turn to find that the ship has stopped near an island.
