"I saw him at the club the other night and I almost called out to him, but there was something different about him. His hair was straight like yours is when it's wet, like now. That was the only difference. Otherwise, I tell you, he looked like a twin!!"
Sleeping, Tsukushi Makino dreams of Tsukasa Domyoji. Remembering Matsutaro Yoshimatsu saying "There's a proper timing to everything," she thinks "that moment will never return." Meanwhile, Tsukasa is swimming in his pool when Akira Mimasaka walks up to him. He starts talking about seeing a guy who looked similar to Tsukasa, only his hair was straight. Tsukasa is reminded of Tsukushi telling him about his "cousin." Akira also mentions that Tsukushi disappeared two days previous.
Tsukushi wakes up to the sound of someone chopping ice. She mistakes him for Tsukasa, before realizing it is Kiyonaga. Tsukushi is still weak and falls out of the bed. She notices her clothes hanging up and yells at Kiyonaga for undressing her. He informs her about the details of her fever, saying that he saved her life. Tsukushi thanks him, though she is still frightened. She then slips on an ice pick, causing her to kick Kiyonaga in the face. Tsukushi is ready for his ire, but he instead offers to make her something to eat.
Kiyonaga cooks Tsukushi omurice, which surprises her since a guy has never cooked for her before. He soon turns the conversation to Tsukasa. She asks "Why didn't you speak to him?," to which he answers "Cuz I hate him." Kiyonaga then offers to "pretend" that he is Tsukasa, though she is not like the girls he normally prefers. Taken aback, Tsukushi trips and falls as he approaches. Meanwhile, Tama is serving Tsukasa and Akira when he asks if he has a cousin. Shocked, Tama asks "How do you know about him?"
