Yuki: "There's no justice in this fight. It's reckless."
Tsukushi: "I realize it's reckless. But, I don't think that lady will sit and do nothing. I won't give her free reign to say whatever she wants. I'll show her the strength of us poor people. When I meet people like her, I get all fired up."
Tsukushi talks to Yuki about Kaede

Chapter 115 (第115話 () ) of Yoko Kamio's Boys Over Flowers was first published in the manga magazine Margaret on April 20, 1997.[1] It was followed by chapter one hundred and sixteen on May 5. The chapter was subsequently included in the eighteenth volume of the series.

After Tsukushi Makino declaring war Kaede Domyoji, she has no idea of how to go about fighting her. The F3 pledge their support to her nonetheless. Later, Tsukushi finds herself homeless when the floor of her apartment collapses.

Plot

After standing up to Kaede Domyoji, Rui Hanazawa asks Tsukushi Makino "How do you intend to fight her?" Sojiro Nishikado and Akira Mimasaka warn her that Kaede will "squish [her] like a bug." Tsukushi then accuses them of "alternat[ing] between cheering [her] on and trying to frighten [her]." She does not have an idea and refuses Rui's idea of going out with Tsukasa Domyoji. Eventually she realizes "Did I say something really outrageous?" to which the guys all agree. They still offer her their support.

Later, Tsukushi talks over what happened with Yuki Matsuoka, who calls her fight "reckless." She still feels fired up, though she does not have a plan. At home, Tsukushi receives a package from her parents and opens it, hoping for rent money. Inside is a letter revealing that her father has been unable to work and therefore there is no money. She then receives another delivery of bulky furniture from the F3. She stomps her foot, complaining "I can't even lay out my bedding!" The floor then suddenly collapses.

Tsukushi stands on the bridge of an overpass, thinking "How can I go on living?" She feels lost now that she has nowhere to go. A man suddenly grabs her and throws her down, saying "If you jump here, you'll cause a car accident, idiot!" He is apparently under the impression that Tsukushi was attempting to commit suicide. She closes her eyes since her head still hurts from earlier. The man eventually recognizes Tsukushi and declares "It's me-Seinosuke Amakusa!" She opens her eyes, thinking "Kinsan?"
