Chapter 108 (
Oto Edogawa says goodbye to her mother and father at the train station. Later, she holds a housewarming party at her new apartment. The other Correct 5 members decide not to go in order to give her and Haruto Kaguragi some alone time.
Plot[]
At the train station, Oto Edogawa's mother reminds her daughter to listen to her aunt and keep up with her chores. Despite Oto's assurances, her mother bursts into tears saying "Are you sure you won't come?" Oto's father puts his arm around his wife. As the door closes, he tells his daughter "I'm really happy that you're able to make your decisions now." At work, Arisa Konno asks Oto if she cried. She admits that "It's really hitting home." Konno then talks about her wedding plans.
After work, Oto walks to her new apartment, thinking "It's the beginning of a new life for me." She begins unpacking a box to ignore the growing silence. The doorbell rings and Haruto Kaguragi enters. He presents her with housewarming gifts from the Correct 5. Meanwhile, Airi Maya complains about not being able to see Oto. The others agree that it is best to leave them alone since they had crashed their Los Angeles trip. Sugimaru Eibi wonders about Amei Hanawa and Issa Narumiya reveals that she has made lots of friends already.
A couple hours later, Oto and Haruto are still waiting for the others to arrive. She mentions Konno's upcoming wedding with Mi-tan. Haruto becomes nostalgic about the time they went to the batting cages Konno and Mi-tan. Thinking of how Haruto has changed, Oto's heart begins thumping rapidly. He gets up to leave, but Oto stops him. Haruto asks if she is feeling lonely by herself, which she admits to. Her back against the wall, he leans down and kisses her, saying "I told you that look on your face is dangerous."
