Chapter 106 (
Oto Edogawa and the Correct 5 see off Tsukushi Makino at the airport. The F4, including Tsukasa Domyoji, race to meet her before her plane takes off. Haruto Kaguragi, who happened to be near them, calls Oto to stop Tsukushi from leaving.
Plot[]
Tsukasa Domyoji, Rui Hanazawa, Sojiro Nishikado, and Akira Mimasaka run in order to catch Tsukushi Makino before her plane takes off. Haruto Kaguragi follows after them without them noticing. He stares at Tsukasa's back, thinking "It's like I'm running in a dream." Meanwhile, the others are waiting for Haruto to arrive. A stewardess suggests that they leave soon in order to be on time. Tsukushi decides to depart, telling the others "Give my regards to Haruto."
Kaito Taira stops Tsukushi for a moment to tell her about Haruto meeting Tsukasa as a child and the promise he made to him about protecting Eitoku Academy. Airi Maya goes on to say "All of us here are very grateful to Mr. Domyoji" and asks her to give him their thanks. Tsukushi agrees and then boards the plane with Tama. The F4 stop running briefly, thinking about calling Tsukushi. They overhear Haruto calling Oto and asking her to stop the plane. Oto does as he asks and drags Tsukushi off the plane.
Tsukasa asks "Who is this guy?," regarding Haruto. Sojiro cuts the introductions short and Rui reminds them that they have to run. Haruto continues to follow them, still feeling like he is in a dream. Outside the plane, Oto tells Tsukushi that Haruto asked them to wait. As Tsukushi says "Just what does that...," she notices Tsukasa approaching. He runs up to her and embraces her in a hug. In the background, Tsubaki Domyoji's speech about how "people always come back to the one they're meant to be with" is repeated.
