Chapter 103 (第103話 () , Chapter 103) is a chapter included in the sixteenth volume of Boys Over Flowers. The chapter was published in Margaret's twenty-first issue in October 1996. It was followed by chapter one hundred and four later the same month on October 20.

Tsukasa Domyoji runs away from his mother, but grabs Shigeru Okawahara by accident instead of Tsukushi Makino. Despite her decision to stop seeing Tsukasa, Tsukushi finds herself angry about the whole situation.

Plot

Kaede Domyoji introduces her son Tsukasa to his fiancée, Shigeru Okawahara. Her mother and father enter the room next and greet Kaede. Both angry, Tsukasa shouts "Do you think I'll let you script my whole life?!" and Shigeru agrees, saying "I'm only 18! Why do I need a fiancée?!" Shigeru's mother only laughs. Kaede then says to Tsukushi Makino "Do you understand now, how matters stand?" She answers "Yes" but finds her legs glued to the floor. Suddenly Tsukasa darts out of the room, holding someone's hand.

Tsukasa runs for a long time before stopping. He apologizes to who is think is Tsukushi, but turns out to be Shigeru. Tsukasa quickly lets go of her hand, yelling "What are you doing?!" Meanwhile, Tsukushi is steaming and now thinks that Tsukasa "was already seeing [Shigeru]." She angrily recounts everything to Yuki Matsuoka, who says it may be a "mistake." Tsukushi refuses to think so. Yuki then says "I guess it was a shock to you that Tsukasa had a fiancée?" Tsukushi stubbornly denies that it.

A barefoot Shigeru continues to follow Tsukasa, despite his attempts to lose her. She tries to make her feel bad for dragging her outside, though he does not whatsoever. Annoyed, Shigeru jumps on his back and refuses to let go. He shouts at her. She bites his ear, which causes him to throw her off. Shigeru then says "Is your ear sensitive?," to which he says "Just go off and die!!" As he storms off, Shigeru tells herself "Most intriguing." That night, Tsukasa calls Tsukushi repeatedly but she never answers.

Notes

• In Viz's version, Shigeru says it is December while in the Japanese version it says February. This causes a major continuity error since it was January 31 only a few chapters previously
