"Bonus Story 3" (番外編3 () , Bangai-hen 3) is the third extra chapter of Boys Over Flowers Season 2. It was published on April 17, 2016 on Shonen Jump+ in Japan and Viz Media's website in America. The story was followed by chapter twenty-six on May 1. It was also included volume four of the series.

The chapter follows Haruto Kaguragi and Tenma Hase, who both have strange morning habits, despite their differences.

Plot

A maid walks into Tenma Hase's room to wake him up, finding him up already. Tenma greets her with his usual polite manner. The maid reaches for his alarm clock and accidentally turns it on. Tenma's alarm loudly plays the theme song from Mazinger Z, which he confesses is the only thing he can wake up to. The maid promises to keep it a secret.

Kobayashi attempts to wake Haruto Kaguragi for a third time. He reluctantly admits that he will have to use an old trick to wake Haruto. Kobayashi yells that Tsukasa Domyoji is in the mansion, which causes Haruto to instantly wake up. Haruto looks around in vain for Tsukasa. Kobayashi comments that this trick works every time and hopes that Tsukasa will actually be there someday.
